At this moment, SIGMAX has a team of 5 developers in Bridge Ukraine.

The Cooperation

The cooperation between SIGMAX and Bridge started in October 2008. They started with 3 developers, scaled up to 5 developers and plan to hire more developers in the future.

The Problem

“We needed highly skilled programmers for the development of all applications. In the summer of 2008 we approached Bridge for a possible cooperation. We did not have enough capacity for the many projects we had. And it was hard to find suitable developers in the Netherlands. After several talks and studies on the outsourcing processes, the cooperation started end of 2008.”

The Solution

“We choose for the Bridge office in Odessa, Ukraine, because they had highly skilled programmers available. Also the distance between Odessa and Enschede can be travelled within half a day.

In the beginning, our project manager and director took the plane to Ukraine to discuss the processes with the programmers. Later each developer of the Sigmax team visited the Sigmax office in Holland to get a training. The offshore cooperation enables Sigmax to deliver projects faster, add team members easier and also save costs.”
