NEO 7EVEN is an innovative software developer and solutions provider for added value in the communication processes. NEO 7EVEN combines brand and process optimization, web-to-print and consulting under one roof. As an independent developer and provider of marketing management software solutions for decentralized service providers, businesses and nonprofit organizations, NEO 7EVEN  has established itself in the IT market since its founding in 2003 and demonstrated how to support medium-sized and large companies considerably with consistently smart and innovative solutions.

The offshore development team

At this moment, NEO 7EVEN makes use of eight developers from Bridge India. This team consists of five FLEX developers, two PHP and one INDESIGN developer.

The Cooperation

The cooperation between NEO 7EVEN and Bridge started in November 2010. At first two FLEX developers were hired but soon after the team was scaled up. The team varies between eight or nine developers, depending on NEO 7EVEN’s demand.

The Problem

“At that moment we had a big project for which we needed a larger FLEX team. We searched for these people in Germany but we were not able to find the right people to take up the project.”

The Solution

“With the help of Bridge we were able to find the right skilled IT people that we need for our growth. We are now able to improve our NEOzenzai solution with extra FLEX people additional to our team here in Germany. Also we had a need for a senior PHP developer and Bridge was able to supply us Lekha and Anu, who are a great help to us. Ravindran helps us from Bridge’s office with the INDESIGN part.
